Finchley Road

The brief – to design a colourful and contemporary brand which required a beautiful brochure design that would ‘stand out in an Estate Agents office’ for boutique, luxury studio, one & two bedroom apartments in Finchley Road, London. I chose a striking colour palette of purple and lime that would attract buyers attention, especially on exhibition graphics produced for the overseas launch. The brochure front cover included a typographic monogram ‘FR’ and printed matt varnished for a subtle finish. A separate plans brochure is enclosed in a die-cut pocket of the main brochure.
